- 评分 3 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 18691440, 6 天前When this works, its great. But sometimes, like right now, it will quit working completely. Nothing fills in and the pop up window does not show. I have no idea how to fix it. This has happened a number of times. I can still go to the Nordpass app so I can copy and paste, but that is what the extension is supposed to automatically do. When I look online for help, I get a bunch of techno steps on how to fix it that I am not savy enough to do. I thought that is what the software company is supposed to do, not the user.

- 评分 3 / 5来自 Dimas Fahmi, 5 个月前Work Perfectly on Chrome. After I migrating to Firefox it ruins everything. I dunno whose fault is this but Can't use windows hello on Mozilla. So I have to enter my master key everytime, which is annoying.

If you would like to contribute to general research, you can email us at research@nordpass.com- having to log in with the master password every time i open the browser is a pain .. i don't like to leave apps open when i am not using them .. but i have to leave FF open all the time to avoid the login.
and it is not perfect at filling in userids and password on all sites .. and it conflicts with PW fill in from FF sometimes.
It works better on Chrome, but not perfect their either - 评分 3 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 14488578, 1 年前So I to love Nordpass but over the last few months it become icressingly buggy, its never really worked properly on my online banking. Copying passwords using the copy button never really worked, you would have to open the record and then copy it manully. recently it stopped working on my laptop so i uninstalled it which i forgot syncs to my other machines, now it will not install just get the install just get the moving dot constently. going to start looking at alternatives. i dont have time to write length emails and submit logs and wait day for respones. somthing like an extension sould just work.
***Update***
Had to completely rip firefox from the machine and do a clean innstall now it seems to work! not ideal but it will do
