✅ The icon that you've mentioned is for quickly adding the sites you visit to SwiftDial with automatic image and title generation. It's a very useful feature.

🦊 Your issue seems to be not with SwiftDial, but with the Mozilla's decision to remove the option to hide the address bar icons in the current Firefox redesign (presumably because it wasn't used by the vast majority of Firefox users).

🦊 Please note that Firefox isn't our product and we don't provide any tech support for it.

✅ With some Firefox know-how we did come up with a workaround to somewhat simulate the old behavior and we do share those instructions FOR FREE on Boosty and VK as a thank you to the people who help us get through these tough times and stay afloat.

🦊 Похоже, что ваша проблема относится не к SwiftDial, а к решению Mozilla убрать опцию скрытия иконок на панели адреса в текущем дизайне Firefox (предположительно потому, что абсолютное большинство пользователей Firefox им не пользовалось).
