You can't edit or program something in the link bar :) That's why it only works on Websites or on Google/Home. Anyways great and simple addon! It works and you can add unlimited Shortcuts! Love it :)

You can do some creative things with it to speed your workflow. If you do use multiple browsers, as I do, it's just one simple copy and paste to move all your shortcuts to a new browser. I highly recommend this plug-in to everyone.

The language uses vowels with umlauts that are laborious to type using normal tools. With this extension, I set up shortcuts to add umlauted letters with just two key stores, saving me a lot of time typing.
