I figured it out.
Mozilla disables userChrome.css through their updates.

EDIT: Awesome thats what I've been looking for since beta 57. More stars for you
BTW I noticed that if you are using Aris css (from classic theme restorer) you need to edit the "classic_squared_tabs(something).css" depending on the style of tabs you choose instead of the userchrome.css otherwise it could not work or break the other customizations.Responsa de disveloppator
