Appreciate this add-on a ton, and understand the need to have the ad in each email for the free version, please just make it more reliably easy to click once and remove. The "x" to click to remove it often moves throughout the email and isn't always removed with just one click.

"Inbox When ready" helps me focus on what I should be doing when I have to use the inbox. It also reminds me not to look at all of the new stuff coming to the inbox when I should be working.
