Save Tabs to Text troch cowtools

This addon serves as a tab counter and allows a plaintext list of tab urls to be copied, saved to a file, or opened in a new tab.
Allows the user to choose whether to save selected tabs only (from the current window or from all windows), all tabs in the current window, or all tabs in all windows.
