I think if you satisfied their greed and signed up for a monthly subscription, it would work. Without a subscription, it's useless.

posted 9 days agoYou shouldn't be seeing ads regardless of whether you are subscribed to Premium or not. If you tried the troubleshooting steps in our Help Center and still see ads, please submit a support request so we can take a look: https://help.adblockplus.org/hc/en-us/requests/new. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18762090, 15 days agoWhy does the WhiteList keep resetting? I've uninstalled this addon and reinstalled (like instructed) and sites I once WhiteList will reset after a few days. Come on! Let me guess, someone is paying you guys off? What garbage. Enough already. Stop being afraid of Google.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Slick Willie, a month agoThis used to be my GO TO Adblocker for donkey's years. Not anymore. With all of the begging for money (Are these adblocker lists the developer's? I don't think so!), I've given it the heave-ho and replaced it with UBlock Origin. That's a vastly superior Adblocker.

posted a month agoSorry to hear this. We know YouTube has been intermittently testing strategies to show either ads or their anti-adblocking wall. However, in some cases we've found that your settings might have changed which is why ads are suddenly appearing. posted a month agoWe are using a new strategy to handle YouTube's anti-ad blocking warning. When we detect YouTube's notification, we will automatically pause Adblock Plus so you can continue watching without disruption. The pause is temporary so if you leave YouTube and return later, it will remain unpaused until the warning is detected again. We believe YouTube will only attempt to show you the wall for a day or two and then we can go back to blocking ads as normal.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by Blake, 2 months agoWhen it works, it's great.. . However, i paid $40 three months ago to be covered for an entire year, and the ads keep coming.
On YouTube, mainly, and i downloaded ABP because of the ridiculous amount of ads on YouTube.
i also can't seem to escape pop-ups on other sites.
What's even more annoying is that i will occasionally get a pop-up FROM ABP with a message telling me to pay MORE money !!
What did i pay $40 for??!
And why does YouTube get to circumvent your service that i paid for?!Developer response

Or as the extension says it is "paused", every single time trying to watch videos on the Youtube website. Even turning it back on and refreshing the page it deactivates itself again every time. Save yourself the headache and stick with the ultimate one that has no issue blocking ads on any webpage and on different browsers.
