Another issue is that when a tab is arrived to the destination desktop (Windows) the browser shows popup notification about that, but clicking on it does nothing.

So, what exactly happens, is the page opened in one of the existing windows instead of new window? Does it happen only when you start Firefox? Or even when your PC wakes up from sleep?
And was it working for you before?
Also, could you write me what Firefox version and Operating system are you using?
