Changes the units of speed, altitude, and rate of climb on War Thunder Wiki pages of vehicles. Only changes data in tables and not data present within paragraphs. This Add-on works exclusively on https://wiki.warthunder.com/ on any vehicle page. This includes unit conversions for airplanes, helicopters, drones, ground, and fleet.

Speed can be set to Km/h, Mph, or Kts.
Altitude can be set to Meters or Feet.
Rate of Climb can be set to feet/minute or meters/second.
