Since Mozilla isn't fixing their 8 months old bug that causes a lot of troubles since our manifest 3.0 (MV3) transition we are moving back to MV2.

Trufflepiggy - Context Search v0.9.10 adds further MV3 improvements.

To get rid of the annoying green or blue dot under the extension icon we have added an optional permission that it can access all_urls. Although not required it prevents the dot to appear. Just go to about:addons > Trufflepiggy - Context Search > Click on Permissions > Allow access to all urls.

The related bug can be viewed here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1851083. Unfortunately with a P3 priority this might never be fixed.

Beside that we have added improvements to our omnibox search and Web Search with the new MV3 code.

Minor bugfixes. Version 0.5.2 correctly handles non-breaking spaces within selected text. Also adds referrer when clicking on the browser action so you can dynamically use the referrer for some searches the same way when you click "Open + edit in Web Search" from your context menu.

This update adds close tabs on search also for Omnibox searches and fixed an issue with group searches and the "open in current tab" option.
