One who likes to restore URLs can paste these URLs into the text pane of extension and press "Open" button
"Open" button opens only newly found URLs of text pane

Function of opening URLs from given text file is not yet implemented, I just didn't found users for that.
Now I am thinking about: how can I measure how many users now would like the functionality of opening URLs from text files?
If I see there are enough users for that I will add the functionality
