Business logic update: The "External" Zendesk Organization is now mapped directly to the "External" Clockify task without this existing as an official client.

New rules for OpsGenie alerts added.

A new rule has been added to set the Clockify Task per new OpsGenie responders.

Code within Zendesk and Opsgenie pages will now be reloaded automatically when the extension is updated or reloaded (this solves issues with strange behavior of the HLClock UI in those pages during extension updates). Removed deprecated use of browser_style in WebExtensions (may cause the UI appearance to change). Fixed issue with the HLClock pop-up page failing to appear when not on any page in the browser.

OpsGenie Alert update: If responder is 'splunk' or 'splunk-support', set Clockify Task to 'Splunk'.

Added mapping of Zendesk "Technical Account Management" group to "TAM" Clockify Task. Added ticket number to some error messages.

The Project Management Zendesk Group is now mapped to the Project Management Clockify Task.

Start/stop errors and warnings are now shown more prominently on Zendesk pages using a red border. Start/stop errors and warnings now generate notifications. The error/warning log now has a concept of seen/unseen log entries and the UI shows this. Tickets in the Penetration Testing group now get assigned the PenTest Clockify task.

Special case client data mappings have been updated.

Opsgenie support has been added. Clockify start and stop buttons will now appear in the alerts listing and alert detail pages next to the Ack and Close buttons.

Add new manual customer mapping.

Fix: The in-ticket-page Start and Stop buttons stopped appearing due changes in Zendesk HTML.

Fix: If you are a member of multiple Clockify Workspaces, there was a possibility that the wrong one would be selected.

Fix: If starting a ticket in ZD organization "cofc", the Clockify timer will be assigned to project "CofC". Hard-coded workaround for now due to Clockify & portal data disagreeing on this.
