This extension is based on "Show Profile by neo82" but instead of prepending the tag it appends it to the document title. This prevents truncated titles in tabs from only displaying the same tag over and over.
The extension works by changing the documents title, if javascript on a pages makes use of the title effects may be weird.
Some pages update their title after we appended the profile tag, effectively overwriting it again. Now we listen for such changes and re-append the profile tag each time.
