This extension has all the personalizable options that one needs, and the most important option: you can set to trigger the chatgpt answer manually, so it does not charge on your API usage everytime that you search something in Google (as it happens with "Search Engine 2.0")

Microsoft already did this and wants $20 a month, now it's OpenAI.
It's called pulling the rug out. You let everyone do everything for free for a year, then start charging and removing features :)
