2302.2.8 update fixes a bug where prohibited names were not being exposed correctly under certain conditions.

Minor bug fix - Prohibited roles not identifying for DIV and SPAN without a ROLE.

Fixed bug where ARIA 1.2 roles that cannot be named (prohibited names) was not being identified.

New functionality:
- Clicking the extension icon button will pop up a dialog.
- The dialog contains a set of check boxes. Each checkbox will activate a different option, for example to test if - role radio is correctly implemented, check the Role radio checkbox.
- Using mouse-hover to expose the accessible name and description is now activated by checking the checkbox, and moving the cursor over the elements on the screen.
- A toggle all option is available to check/uncheck all checkboxes.
- To clear all visible ARIA on the screen click the Clear all button.


The updated Visual ARIA allows the user more control, reduces the cognitive load, and closing the extension no longer requires a page refresh.

Updated the default button name to announce as Visual ARIA instead of VA.

Added a Close Visual ARIA button

Updated instructions panel to move to a smaller side button when closed. Testing found that the full width bar hide some VA alerts on some websites.

Removed access to local files which require permissions. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/permission-request-messages-firefox-extensions?as=u&utm_source=inproduct#w_access-your-data-for-all-websites. The extension will not run on local files file://. I will try to address this at a later stage.
