Quick styling fix to ensure the "New Deck" button is always visible next to the Deck selector

You may now create a new deck from the flashcard form! Simply click the "New (+)" button next to the deck selector and type the name of the new deck you'd like to create into the input.

Minor change to prepare the browser extension for an upcoming database migration / scheduled maintenance.

Authenticate through the web app! (Please ensure that you allow Firefox to accept cookies on app.thoughtsaver.com in order to use this extension.)

• The extension will now launch the app in a new tab if you activate the extension (by clicking the extension icon from your browser's toolbar) when you are on any of Firefox's internal browser pages, such as the "new tab".
• We've added additional padding to the flashcard form overlay.
• The extension overlay can now not be dragged off screen or moved outside of the browser's viewport.
• Once the extension overlay is already rendered on a page, you can now reset the location and size of the extension by simply activating the extension again by clicking the Thought Saver extension's icon from the browser's toolbar.

The extension now will be displayed as a moveable, resizable overlay in your current tab when activated.
