The only thing that bugs me with this addon is that it seems to select the tab to the right of closing tab for a split second before switching to my preferred tab. This is only really noticeable when either using a tab suspender addon or having firefox set to not load all tabs on startup.

Other than that it does exactly what it promises to do. Simple and functional.

Edit: My complaint above is a restriction in firefox as per the devs response. This changes my review to 5/5 as it is in all other aspects perfect. Good job!

It's because Firefox 57+ compatible extensions cannot access Firefox's internal working, so the browser's default selection cannot be prevented. This extension can only fix it afterwards.

    Nice extension, thanks! :) But I can't figure it out how to use "Position" and "Relation" options. For example, how should I set it up to: 1) when closing current, select parent tab; 2) if no parent tab exists, select left tab; 3) if the tab to close is leftmost, select right tab?

    Fabulous extension. I initially had trouble getting it to work until I removed a tab unloader extension which must have conflicted.

    浏览时习惯先用后台标签页打开，后面再一个个看，这个扩展能自定义看完一个标签页并关闭后的处理逻辑，解决了一大痛点，五星好评！！！
    另外，提个建议，参数配置能支持同步吗？或者至少支持导入、导出功能？

    Excellent add on but finding it hard to configure it to use the way I want.

    Could anyone suggest please how I achieve the following?

    If I have a tab open and from which if it spawns another focused tab (when using drag/drop links or drag text searching), then after closing it, it should focus the last tab (original parent tab). If I select tab manually, then after closing it, it should select the right adjacent tab.
