Scientific Journals often require multiple clicks to go from the landing page for an article, to downloading the pdf of the article; once downloaded, these pdf's often have random strings of characters as names. This add-on seeks to automate this process, instantly downloading the pdf from the landing page, as well as naming them with the article name.
