This app basically remove all NSFW content from manganelo.com by closing any tab that has 'adult,ecchi,smut,yaoi,yuri,shoujo ai,shounen ai'.

You will have to open about:config and set
allow_scripts_to_close_windows to true.

Just download this and it would work no extra settings and i might enable setting in future version to let you choose which category you would want to ban.
