New scraper:
* Navigate to the last page of members you want to include.
* Click the SCRAPE button to start, click again to pause.
* The script will resume where you left off.
* Select the Full Scan option to start fresh.

Scrape and parse version

- fixed the alphabetical sort order bug
- changed "not found" to "no results"
- catalog name will now link to the reader's individual catalog page. At first the link will go to the search page. The script will retrieve the catalog ID number (different than forum ID number) at the same time as their catalog name., after which the link to their catalog reader page can be generated
- Added code to include the "empty years"

- While the automated catalog name retrieval is underway, the results page will get automatically updated without needing to be reloaded.
- Added ability to manually edit the catalog name recorded in the database. Right click on the catalog name to edit.

- fixed timezone issues. Script will grab timezone information from the user's preferences page and save it as a setting for the script to reference.
- switched away from using browser.storage.local. First attempted interfacing with the raw IndexDB API, but this was too complicated. New version uses Dexie.js for easier coding.
