Features:

Adds a dark mode theme to the Lambda School Training Kit.
Adds an icon to the url bar only when navigating the training kit to enable / disable functionality

Permissions:

Data for learn.lambdaschool.com - Allows the extension to insert the dark mode theme (CSS).
Tabs - To enable the extension when viewing the training kit.
