Internet Download Manager conflict
In case you have IDM installed, which might interfere with downloading process, you could disable IDM on the site by following:
1. Open IDM
2. Go to Download > Options
3. Open File Types tab
4. Put site url into 'Don't start downloading automatically from the following sites' (eg.
dewey.petra.ac.id)
5. Ok
