Obsidian Clipper geliştiren: bkrusz

This is an updated version of ewestern's extension under the same name that provides proper URL encodings for links within saved sites, removing the bug that causes pages to incompletely save. The original extension has been and remains unmaintained for the last two years, creating the need for a new add on to be created.
