    There is a bug going on with the idm, whenever we right click the idm floating box like "download the video" box it just freeze the whole browser.

    Developers please look into this, Thanks.

    We have fixed this problem with high CPU usage, and we have submitted a new version of add-on to Mozilla on Feb/28/2023 for approval. Once AMO team approves it, you will be able to update to it. We have disabled 6.41.7 version in cup.aihedy.com. Please delete 6.41.7 version in your Firefox browser and install 6.41.1 that is listed as current in cup.aihedy.com.

    Don't know what happened but recently IDM's been freezing my browser. Like what the hell, man? Can't even download anything!

We have disabled 6.41.7 version in cup.aihedy.com. Please delete 6.41.7 version in your Firefox browser and install 6.41.1 that is listed as current in cup.aihedy.com.

    IDM is really worth it but with the latest update, it just sucks all the cpu usage and freezes the browser. Makes it just impossible to work without disabling it

    Ver 6.41.7 Feb-2023 update is bad, sucks all CPU utilization with Explorer process as well.

    Resolved by downgrade to Version 6.41.1 (from May 26, 2022).

    Will Tonec please explain what has changed in this faulty 6.41.7 update? I never expect a extension to cause a system-wide problem, hogging CPU when it should be idle, is it doing anything behind our backs? Please explain.

    Why update when the previous 6.41.1 is working perfectly.

    Speaking for the Firefox + Youtube + IDM trio, there were a lot of problems in the old version, but everything is working great "for now" with the latest update.

    Merci pour votre réponse rapide. J'ai fait le changement et cela semble bien fonctionner. Je vous signale aussi que ce problème n'apparait pas sur Edge.

    im using this for like 2+ years. never had problems. its the best one by far! lately they released anew version that caused the browser taking huge CPU load and freezes then. it was unuseable. 2 days after that fixes got patched and its all fine again. kisses to the devs

    Suddeny began taking up tons of cpu when i open a page like reddit. I have to go disable the extension and start it again for it to stop. please address this. And dont tell me this issue has been fixed like you're telling all the others with this problem. It is not fixed with the latest update.

    I've found that watching videos and live causes like twitch to have high memory and CPU usage 50%-60% and lag. what's up ? i see today patch for IDM 6,41 biuld 7 but still nothing for idm integration module here

    As we wrote earlier, the module loads the explorer when watching broadcasts, but it loads the CPU by 60% 70% sometimes 80%. There were unpleasant browser crashes. I have been using the program for a long time. Always worked great. I hope you will fix everything soon. There are no normal analogues of this program. So fix it quickly, please.
