Send current page URL to a web application's form of your choice. Only when you choose to (click add on's button in the tool bar). Handler for youtube now, but later will have for other sites. Handler logs what action taken

Calls a URL like http://a.com:8080/urlConsumer/?p= with p= currentTab.url Uses chrome tabsapi to keep tab info updated. On click of icon tells a external web form the current page URL. Config let's you change the URL to send information to
Uses Ajax to send current page's URL in current tab to the selected page.
