However, I paid for it a year ago, but now I have lost access to download the high quality videos and must pay again to regain it ? Sorry that is in bad taste and no message to say why that is the case for earlier supporters.

The free version can only download 360p which is worse than a webcam from 1999. The worst part about paying for this piece of jargon, is that according to very many reviews... paying may not guarantee that you get any good results either. I see reviews still asking for refunds.

The first time it worked but after starting up my laptop a second time, I got the message that I have to be a PRO user to have that feature. In other words, the ADD ON does not recognize me as a PRO user. I deserve a refund.

Ever since the construction of the Internet, "If you don't have it downloaded, it will go away." This team is working hard to let you keep your history. I think a Pro Upgrade was one of the best things I've ever done for myself.
