found that when problems arose with other sites i was being shut out from nordpass. Trying to reconnect is a pain in the ar$$e..my son uses another password system without any hassles, when this contract expires so will i. Why do you need TWO DIFFERENT PASSWORDS TO GET BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT?sorry for the shout , frustration .for this system to get better they have to be a bit more clever, at the moment it is too convoluted for its own good. REMEMBER K.I.S.S? i am still shut out after various attempts to reconnect 4 hours and still counting
