I tried several YT downloader extensions that were painful to use before finally landing on this one: it does what I need it to do with a minimum of fuss and you can't ask much more than that.

This is a great option for downloading videos to watch with no wifi. It takes about 5 minutes to download an average 20-30 minute video in 720p. It is very good and I have used it to watch on car trips on my laptop. You can easily download videos. I am so excited to try out this new feature of Youtube Shorts downloading.

An excellent and intuitive add-on, with continuous support. Not at all intrusive or resource-hogging, I see no reason why anyone shouldn't have this add-on.

Incredibly easy to use. Works (although more slowly) even when my internet connection isn't great. And the developers are constantly updating it to keep up with the changes to the youtube mainframe. On the occasions where there has been a problem the developers had a patch or fix within 1 to 3 days, and a notification/workaround within hours. The best downloading app I've ever used.

Excellent add on

Been using for a few years. Works like a charm. Good and prompt support. Just be patient if it doesn't work due to YT changing something. It may take a few days to resolve. And buy coffee for the poor guy.
