New Feature: Custom Domain Settings

This update adds a new settings page that allows users to manage a list of custom domains where they don't want the Time Sync extension to work. Users can easily add and remove domains from the list, giving them more control over when and where the extension is active.

Added auto retry option for auto converter

- Fixed an issue where the plugin would load up special chars and crash after failing

- Fixed a bug where switching from a user-selected timezone to the local timezone would cause the extension to stop working altogether
- Added SteamCommunity market links and steam store links to exclude list
- Implemented performance improvements by processing page content in smaller chunks, reducing memory consumption and preventing browser slowdowns
