Been using Awesome Screenshot & Screen Recorder for years. Tried them all, this is consistently the best. Occasionally have a problem but it always resolves after a short period of time.

It no longer captures any part of my screen. Even signing up for an account in an attempt to activate the app is pointless. Easiest fix - UNINSTALL but don't forget to delete your ASSC account.
