Works as advertised. All it needs is some better CSS for its UI to make it five stars.

I read the entire source code for version 1.4.7.1 to check for anything suspicious (including comparing the bundled copy of the minified jquery with a copy received from upstream), didn't see anything bad.

Super convenient, works exactly as intended.
