It only works when you uninstall the extension and reinstall it.

It gets my highest rating even though it misses an add every now and then. Specifically on Facebook. But the guys at Adguard quickly respond to your queries and usually patch the app or binaries or update the filters fast enough. Further more it is easy to use and configure.
