This Firefox Add-on helps you access and download Opencast videos from RWTH Moodle pages.

The add-on extracts the direct video links (URLs) for the Opencast videos on the current Moodle page from its associated episode.json file, which is loaded from streaming.rwth-aachen.de. These links are used solely to display them in the add-on's popup and to provide a download option.

All data processing and storage happen exclusively and temporarily on your device. The extracted link is saved locally in your browser's session storage and is automatically deleted when the browser is closed. No data ever leaves your browser, and nothing is stored persistently or shared with any third parties.
