Add JIRA Internal Comment Autor: GxGL

Adds a checkbox to insert #internal# text into JIRA's comment.

Please note that Exalate JIRA Plugin is needed to use this extension, else WILL NOT work!
Also, please use it ONLY if you don't use JIRA Service Management, as this one already includes this feature!
