The last straw for a VPN that's supposed to make you anonymous : you have to register with the operator ; once you've registered, you have to pay.

The famous Swiss secret, only bank accounts are allowed to have it.
What does this addon have to do with the Mozilla site ?

Beware - I was looking for a reliable VPN and trustingly installed this add on based on "apparent" company reputation and paid almost ten francs (over ten USD) to do so as their was no free trial.... Big Mistake! This add on limits you to ONE SINGLE server connection based in switzerland - just an on/off toggle. And that's it. That's the extent of the functionality...... Totally Useless for anyone who either needs a none swiss location or multiple geo-locations like you'd expect from any VPN app in the Firefox library.

fAter using this for a grand total of about 10 seconds and realising, based on the above, that it's entirely inappropriate for my needs, I informed the company Swisscows, telling them of the confusion and kindly asked for my money back which they apparnetly have decided to completely ignore.

So not only do they appear to me to be miseleading consumers into thinking this is a regular VPN app when it's practically useless for such things other than where a single swiss datacentre IP is needed (why on earth would anyone pay 10 francs for one swiss IP besides for access management??), but they also ignored my messages to customer support (but of course were more than happy to take and keep my money!).

I am no longer using, will be using or recommeding any of this companies product based on this poor experience and their shaky and misleading product headings and information.
Avoid like the plague!
