Removes Default Roster View feature (no longer needed with latest BaseHit release) and fixes generated URLs for the revamped roster page.

CSFBL has rebranded as BaseHit. This update changes the verbiage in the extension to reflect the rebrand while also updating permissions so that it works with the new URL, basehit.com.

Version 2.3.2 fixes a few bugs: pre-USB scaling of endurance percentages for hitters is now accurate and letter grade conversion on the roster reassign page now handles the letter C.

Lazy Dark Mode now also does not invert the header images, ads, or the footer.

A small feature has been added for letter grade range average conversions. You may now choose to make it so that potentials averages are never less than the displayed actual.
