- Avaliado em 5 de 5por Suhotro91, há 13 diasI understand the cost-cutting measure to focus on the core browser experience, but damn this was a GREAT Extension! So great that this is the 1st time I'm writing review of any extension on Firefox. Did what it claimed to do up to perfection. Absolutely sad to see it go.
Also AI in sidebar is not as intuitive as this one, unfortunately. It is one thing to click a button to Summarize Page. Whle another thing to select texts of a whole page and then asking the chosen AI (in the sidebar) to summarize it.
Thanks Orbit, for orbiting mighty and high when you did! 💫
And as a wishful thinking... Hopefully you make a comeback soon! - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Usuário 18206070 do Firefox, há 13 dias
- Avaliado em 5 de 5por kevinaosei, há 16 diasplease dont give up on the idea of a integrated ai assistant. yes at the moment its a gimmick, a expensive one i imagine but it adds a lot to the overall browsing experience

It would have been great if it could have been multilingual; it only responds in English. I hope it's replaced by another similar extension or that similar functionality is included in the base program. This 26th will be a sad day.

Summaries and conversations aren't as in-depth and incisive as frontier LLMs, but that's to be expected. Can't really complain too much about a completely free AI product with seemingly no usage cap. Hopefully future iterations will leverage more powerful models, allowing Orbit to truly hit its potential and become one of the best free AI tools out there. I'd definitely give it 5 stars then.

- Avaliado em 2 de 5por Peregrine, há 3 mesesThough it works, there are few things to be dealt with:
1. This isn't open source.
How can users just provide all their privacy content without knowing whether their data will be abused?
If it's open source add-on, at least somebody can audit its code.
2. Lack of customisation ability.
Users may have their own prompts to make Orbit speak in certain style they preferred, or summarise their emails in some structured format, but there isn't any option for us to do so.
3. Support more languages.
Well, if your statement is true, the instance you hold is Mistral 7B.
Then why Orbit only speaks few language (or only English)?
Mistral 7B is a multi-lingual model, so I guess you either etched some prompt into it or the model behind the closed-source interface isn't mistral 7B (that's why I want open source, otherwise we don't know what exactly happened there).
4. Font
The current font size and style are not reader-friendly at all. - Avaliado em 5 de 5por Elvin Aslanov, há 3 meses
- Avaliado em 5 de 5por Firefoss, há 3 mesesIt seems exceptionally promising (no AI training etcetera).
I hope it will be available in Italian soon, to help my father :) - Avaliado em 1 de 5por Usuário 18950822 do Firefox, há 3 mesesunable to use, no response after submission
