Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 17746165, 2 lata temuPeople complaining about the permissions list are dumb. What did they expect? Sure it's a lot of individual permissions, but it's just the domainfor ChatGPT (openai.com), and then 196 different search engine domains(google.com, google.co.uk, etc.)
Obviously these permissions are required for the addon to first forward your search to ChatGPT, and then inject the response into your search page.
The only other option would be one permission instead of 197, but for "access to your data for ALL websites". This option is safer.

Microsoft already did this and wants $20 a month, now it's OpenAI.
It's called pulling the rug out. You let everyone do everything for free for a year, then start charging and removing features :)
