    - Re-ordering settings page for clarity
    - There are no default settings on start-up anymore, internally or on the settings page — this was done because on first startup, for example, the method would say manual but pressing the toolbar button would do nothing. It was necessary to save settings although manual already appeared selected. It won't appear selected any more.
