- removed permission "Access to all pages" (new code also doesn't contact Google Favicon service anymore!)
- using now non-persistent background script
- disabled Websocket (it doesn't work in MV3 or event pages)
- fixing not working right click on tabs

- fixed sync. in Chromium browsers
