If there are pinned tabs, keep one blank tab open when closing the last normal one. Prevents multiple empty tabs, and has an option to not quit the browser when the last window is closed.

This add-on will:
* Keep one last normal tab next to your pinned tabs open if you close it
* Close any duplicate new tabs you gather
* (optionally) Keep the last window open instead of letting the browser quit.
