Tab Count to InfluxDB door sly

Periodically send the number of open tabs across all windows to an InfluxDB server's HTTP API using POST requests and the InfluxDB Line Protocol. The organization name/ID and bucket name must be configured. The names for the measurement "tab_metrics", field "count" and source "firefox_extension" are hard-coded.

The interval seems to set the minimum time between two submissions to InfluxDB. It doesn't seem to send anything when the tab count has not changed. It works well enough I would say..

This add-on will store an InfluxDB API token. It should be generated with a limited scope that only allows writing to a specific bucket.
