gloCOM ClickToDial for Salesforce door Bicom Systems

softphone or integrated with your IP phone to simplify and streamline
communications for individual workers and entire enterprises. Features
include: incoming and outgoing calls, video calls, instant messaging,
conferencing, group chat, fax, call monitoring, and much more.

This add-on allows gloCOM users to call contacts directly from Salesforce. Add-on creates handset icon near phone number on detail and tab view for Contacts, Accounts and Leads. If gloCOM users want to call customer from Salesforce they just need to click on handset icon.
