1.Loads live page when an archived page has a link to a page that's present in Excludes List.

Fixes :
1. When some brands add tracker parts in the URLs that have "twitter.com" in the URL, now we don't consider that an excluded page - issue 3

Made a small fix in the addon's "onupdate" logic to add or remove "default excludes".

- Added support for updating "default excludes" upon addon update.
- With this version, updated the default excludes to include few more sites - some cloud storage sites that need login to work, some online education course sites that host video content and need login, and also updated url shorteners.

1. Added option to settings page to enable "auto-toggle reader mode" for archived pages when supported.
2. In android, hide wayback toolbar as there is limited screenspace. In desktop firefox, toolbar will be hidden when you click Safe Page as PDF button in popup on any archived page.

1. Added save page as pdf button in popup menu for archived pages (currently not available for android firefox)
2. In firefox android, wayback toolbar hides itself so that it won't take up already limited screen space in mobile devices.
3. Added operation mode option in settings page - you can choose to start browser with Wayback Everywhere disabled (user enable it whenever needed from popup menu)

Fixed issue #1 in github. Popup menu icon will not show up in about:addons and few other pages that need not see the popup menu icon.

Updated few more URL shorteners to default excludes to help user with a starting point.
Mentioned how Temporary Exclude/Temporary include works in addon`s help page.

Updated the excludes list with google and mozilla AMO entries so that it provides easy entry list for users to begin with.
