What you see is what you get. I may do a series of this theme idea. I will also be adding a series of 2D themes.
The 2D series is finished already and this "wave" theme series is still in the works. I may have to alter individual themes slightly. What I have to alter may be simple and others significantly altered.
How I decide is sometimes only changing the colors of the text. Most of all, it has to meet the standards I have set for myself. When I submit a theme, and it is after approval, I can test it on my laptop.
Sometimes I get everything passed on my first test. It comes down to trial and error at times. A gut feeling and intuition also play a part.
