Fix for bug #218

Changed some labels in options.
Fixed: double click on an empty space on the left side of the tabs, should now take correct action.

Small fixes in manager.
Translator could not import/export because of a typo.

Fixes in manager for Firefox 64 and up: import/export of groups and sessions did not work correctly caused by tabs.create() function being now of out of order. Also changing logic improved performance.

Fix: Loading group in manager was not restoring folders names

FIXED:
"Close other" doesn't respect pinned tabs.

Reversed changes and probably fixed new tabs not showing. Please keep reporting bugs. Thank you.

fixed: new tab was not added when creating new window.

Probably fixed: New tab queue sometimes got stuck, reload was needed.

Fix: Closing tree caused activation of its children tabs one by one before closing them.

Changed that Firefox menu shows up if debug mode is turned on Tree Tabs options page. Please disable debug mode, if you don't want default Firefox menu showing up.
Added two more options for orphan tabs.

1. Added a new option for new tabs from toolbar
2. Added hints in options page
3. New tabs in background are added in queue, so order is always correct
4. Changed visual style for tab counters
