This addon sends requests to The Old Reader service to provide functionality.
No information beyond user credentials for the service is transmitted in normal operation.
Use of context menu items transfers contextual information (e.g. the page to subscribe to).

The addon optionally synchronizes its settings using Firefox Sync. No information beyond settings visible in the options page is transmitted.
