I added the ability to activate a positivity mode that converts downvotes to upvotes. It also replaces much of the calls to set innerHTML to a sanitizer that uses DOM Parser to fix that.

Finally I allow the import and export of user settings so they can be shared across browsers and instances.

• Adds a new fab button at the bottom left (next to the scroll buttons) that allows you to toggle the hidden state of threads and posts.
• Allows users to ignore a forum. If you ignore a forum, all threads from that forum are hidden.
• Fixed a bug where the ALT+UP key combination wasn't working on the threads page.

Removes colorize logic that was clashing with the site's styling.

Removed logic that added a CSS class to certain posts that colorized them. The CSS was conflicting with the site's style.

• Updated to work with XenForo (previously worked with vBulletin 4).
• Updated the Options and Popup to use Material Design
• Adds color to top-rated posts (functionality lost when moving to XenForo)

Minor code updates to remove unused functions and variables. Also adds an event to repaint the screen to fix a bug where Firefox shows a blank screen until you resize the browser.
