Fixed a bug when focusing new window after move.

Found a bug, when new windows were opened/closed and were not detected.

A context menu was added. Now you can move the tab to a window of your choosing.

New in 1.4:
A keyboard shortcut was added. By default it is "Ctrl+Shift+F", but can be changed in the options.
Bear in mind Firefox has already mapped most of the keyboard and its hard to find a free combination.

Now if only one window exists, a new window will be created and the tab moved there.
This is an option in the tab settings.

Now there is an inverted color icon for the toolbar - you can choose to use it from the add-on options page. (Tools -> Add-ons -> MoveTab -> Options)

As I don't use dark theme to test it, please give feedback if it is useful. Maybe a screenshot how it looks.

There you could configure if the new tab should be focused after moving. Also should the window itself should be focused.
