- Added the capability to delete URLs from history
- Search results and side bar clicks now highlight the matching items

This is a major update with lots of changes to the user interface.
All of the functionality should be the same but more obvious.
For now I've disabled excluding sites from the results but will restore that functionality soon.

- Added sorting and favicons to the domain sidebar
- Added a date range picker

- You can now manage excluded domains on the preferences page
- Sort consistently between the sidebar's domains and the main body
- Listen to history events and update the data
